Did you ever think of em-powering your team with a day of cookery.  We will make it challenging and fun?

The group numbering 10 people will prepare and serve lunch and dinner for themselves with the assistance of the Berry Lodge team.  The preparation will be demonstration and “hands – on” with the group working together to develop the whole meal. This activity helps clear the mind, develops a lively camaraderie around the work - table, and requires participants to trust in what may be an unfamiliar experience.

THE RESULT:

A team that has faced up to change, discovered creativity, met with challenges, time restraints and had fun.

Every business team faces increasing demands on its time, skills, and stamina.  Our day will help them meet these demands by using Meal Planning and Preparation as Business Focused Action Learning.

Gather 10 to 12 friends together and enjoy your own private cooking party.  While you will be doing your share of slicing and dicing, the primary objective is an enjoyable evening working together

Arrive at 6.30 pm and relax with a selection of canapes and perhaps a glass of Chardonnay.  Once you are nice and relaxed we will brief you on the evening’s menu-one especially designed for your group.

Then the fun begins: tie on your apron, get your ingredients and start cooking.  About 8.30pm you will sit down to a sumptuous five course taster menu.  After savouring the last bite of dessert the party ends around 10.30pm with guests taking home new recipes and cooking skills and an entertaining evening

Best bit of all you walk away from the wash-up!
