Mother's Day Entertaining
Date: Friday 12th March to Sun 14th March
 Cost: Full weekend €220 includes 2 nights bed and breakfast, 1 dinner, one lunch and 5-6 hours of cookery tuition
Cookery only: €110
Time: 11.0am to 5.0 pm including lunch and wine

Mother’s have spent many years cooking for the family for every occasion so on mother’s day this year it is their turn to sit back, relax and enjoy succulent food cooked by their family. Up to recently mother’s day was a big day out to local restaurants but in this year of having less money to spend we have set up this course to help you, son or daughter to cook at home and enjoy a fun family day with all the family. We will cook the local foods in season and we will make dishes using local artisan foods like goat’s cheese, Burren lamb, organic vegetables and fruit and sustainable fish from the Quilty coastline. Of course we will not forget the luscious desserts, chocolate, fruit, ice cream and sweets.
