Special Courses
Morning Courses - Evening "Hands On"

one day per week over four or five weeks
Families are so busy today that cooking an evening meal takes a back seat during the week. These courses are organized as a series of cooking days in the morning to suit families with children in school or nights to suit families as well as men and women working during the day. In 2010 these courses take part in March and in November.

Weekend Courses
The main recipe will have you using mussels and salmon, mint and sorrel, duck and lamb, buttermilk and cheeses, and a dash of Guinness, Mist and Mead to enhance the flavours. We deliberately keep our numbers to ten and under so that you our guests will gain maximum benefit from the tuition in the relaxed traditional homely atmosphere of Berry Lodge. Courses are designed to suit all levels. The only criteria is a love of learning and a desire to get some cookery knowledge
