There are a million things that set our creative juices flowing. Travel does it and so do new foods introduced to menus like Thai chilli sauce, soy, coconut milk, ginger, coriander, rice, sweet and sour sauces, palm sugar, fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves. Add some of these to our Irish ingredients for example “prawns with lemon grass and mint” or what about fresh vegetables from the garden, cut into nice shapes, stir fried and finished with soy sauce. You can see now that you know or have heard of these ingredients and this course is to inspire you to be more adventurous and add Thai ingredients to your repertoire.
