The main recipe will have you using mussels and salmon, mint and sorrel, duck and lamb, buttermilk and cheeses, and a dash of Guinness, Mist and Mead to enhance the flavours. We deliberately keep our numbers to ten and under so that you our guests will gain maximum benefit from the tuition in the relaxed traditional homely atmosphere of Berry Lodge. Courses are designed to suit all levels. The only criteria is a love of learning and a desire to get some cookery knowledge

This exciting programme will begin with a welcoming dinner where you will be introduced to your host and teacher Rita.
- Arrive 4 pm to 7 pm Friday
- Breakfast Sat 8.30 am to 9.30 am
- Walk by the sea
- Recipe folders supplied
- Demonstration 11am to 12.30pm followed by break
- ”Hands on” cookery 1 pm to 3 pm
- Serving, analysis and photographs
- Lunch with wine
- Stay an extra night for 35 Euro per person sharing
