- Traditional Irish Breakfast: bacon, sausage, black and white pudding, fried egg, tomato and mushrooms or any combination of above
- Scrambled egg on toast with smoked salmon
- Poached Egg with chive potato cake, mushrooms and cherry tomato compote, seasoned with rosemary
- French toast with crispy bacon and maple syrup
- Grilled plaice or other fish as available with lemon butter
- Buttermilk crepe with fruit compote in season and ricotta cheese
- Local artisan cheeses with apple, pear and walnut compote
- Traditional cold cuts, honey and mustard glazed loin of bacon or spiced beef with apricot chutney
